Step 1: Prepare the Tray
- Line a small baking sheet or tray with parchment paper and set it aside.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
- Whisk together the melted coconut oil, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth. Gradually add the cocoa powder and whisk until completely combined and lump-free.

Step 3: Spread the Mixture
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared tray and spread it into a thin, even layer about ⅛ inch thick.

Step 4: Chill Until Firm
- Freeze the tray for 30 to 45 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully hardened.

Step 5: Break into Chips
- Remove the chocolate from the freezer and chop or break it into small chip-sized pieces. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

Notes
Cocoa powder contains antioxidants that may help support overall health. Making chocolate chips at home also allows you to control the ingredients and sweetness.
