Method
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
Step 2: Prepare the Broccoli
  1. Wash and dry the broccoli thoroughly, then cut it into bite-sized florets.
Step 3: Make the Glaze
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Step 4: Coat the Broccoli
  1. Place the broccoli florets in a large bowl, pour the glaze over them, and toss until every piece is evenly coated.
Step 5: Roast and Serve
  1. Spread the broccoli in a single layer on the baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are crispy and lightly browned. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
