Step 1: Warm the Water
- I start by taking a glass of warm water. Make sure it’s not too hot, just comfortably warm.

Step 2: Add Pink Salt
- Now I add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt into the water.

Step 3: Mix Properly
- Stir it well until the salt completely dissolves.

Step 4: Add Extras (Optional)
- You can add lemon juice and honey if you want a better taste and extra benefits.

Step 5: Drink Fresh
- I always drink it immediately, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes
I recommend drinking this first thing in the morning for the best results.
