Step 1: Activate the Yeast

- Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Step 3: Let the Dough Rise
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Step 4: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 475°F. If you have a pizza stone, place it inside while preheating.

Step 5: Shape the Pizza
- Roll out the dough into a 12–14 inch circle. Transfer it to your pizza pan. Brush the edges lightly with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder for that signature flavor.

Step 6: Add Sauce and Toppings
- Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a 1-inch border. Add mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings like pepperoni.

Step 7: Bake
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

Step 8: Slice and Serve
- Let it cool for 5 minutes, then slice and enjoy with garlic dipping sauce if you like.
