Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables
- Roughly chop the onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. You do not need to chop them too fine since everything will be blended.

Step 2: Add Ingredients to Blender
- Add whole tomatoes, diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, sugar, and cumin into your blender.

Step 3: Blend to Desired Consistency
- Pulse the mixture 8–10 times until you get a smooth but slightly chunky restaurant-style texture. Do not over-blend if you like a little texture.

Step 4: Taste and Adjust
- Taste your salsa and adjust salt or lime juice if needed. You can add more jalapeño if you prefer extra heat.

Step 5: Chill Before Serving
- Refrigerate the salsa for at least 30 minutes before serving. This helps all the flavors blend beautifully.

Notes
You can serve this salsa with warm tortilla chips, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, or even grilled chicken.
