Method
Step 1: Cook the Beef Filling
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add salt, black pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and cook until fully done, then drain excess grease and let it cool slightly.

Step 2: Prepare the Biscuit Dough
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle using your hands.

Step 3: Fill with Beef and Cheese
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef in the center of each dough circle. Add a cube of cheddar cheese on top. Carefully fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal completely.

Step 4: Arrange on Baking Sheet
- Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure they are spaced evenly.

Step 5: Add Garlic Butter and Parmesan
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture generously over each bomb. Sprinkle grated parmesan on top.

Step 6: Bake Until Golden
- Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes
I love serving these with ketchup, ranch, or a spicy mayo dip.
