Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- I start by washing and cutting all the vegetables and slicing the chicken or beef into bite-sized pieces so everything cooks evenly.

Step 2: Season everything
- In a large bowl, I add the meat, potatoes, onions, and peppers. Then I drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and minced garlic, and toss until well coated.

Step 3: Assemble the foil packets
- You and I will lay out large sheets of aluminum foil and divide the mixture evenly. I top each portion with a tablespoon of butter before sealing the foil tightly.

Step 4: Cook the campfire meals
- I place the foil packets on a grill, campfire, or oven at 400°F and cook for about 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

Step 5: Serve hot
- Once done, I carefully open the packets and serve them hot, enjoying that delicious steam and aroma.
