Method
Step 1: Prepare the Peppers
- Take the chipotle peppers out of the can and roughly chop them. If you want milder heat, remove some seeds before blending.

Step 2: Blend the Ingredients
- Add chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, garlic, vinegar, lime juice, honey, salt, and water into a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

Step 3: Simmer the Sauce
- Pour the blended mixture into a small saucepan and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. This helps the flavors combine beautifully.

Step 4: Adjust Consistency
- If the sauce feels too thick, add a little more water and stir. Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.

Step 5: Cool and Store
- Let the sauce cool completely, then transfer it to an airtight glass jar. Refrigerate before serving for the best flavor.

Notes
You can drizzle this Chipotle hot sauce over tacos, burritos, nachos, grilled chicken, burgers, or even scrambled eggs.
