Method
 

Step 1: Prepare the Cantaloupe
  1. Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove the seeds, peel the rind, and cube the fruit into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Blend the Ingredients
  1. Add the cantaloupe cubes, cold water, lime juice, and sugar to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Step 3: Strain (Optional)
  1. For an extra-smooth drink, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher. Skip this step if you enjoy a little pulp.
